菲利普.科比在他的书 “Process Mind（流程思维）”里面列出了如下13条所谓的新旧思维悖论（Paradox），我对其中的4条 感触尤其深刻：

流程能力与目标（Process Capability vs
Target）
这四条分别对应着下面的4、8、11、12（注：原书中并无编号，我是为了叙述方便而设）：
1.
Go slow to go fast.
2.
Economies of flow versus economies of
scale.
3.
Processing one piece at a time is more
profitable than the economics of
quantity (i.e., batch and queue).
4.
Measuring process variation is better than
measuring results.
5.
Finding problems is better than ignoring
them.
6.
Pulling a string is more effective than
pushing a string.
7.
Focus on cash flow instead of gross
profit.
8.
Focus on experimentation and learning
instead of control and reliability.
9.
Use information that comes from, and is
