l To provide a high quality support service to all SunSystems customers globally in line with published service levels.
Role Context / Overall Purpose
l To receive and solve support queries from customers and partners primarily with the Asia Pacific region, but also from global customers in English.
l To attempt to provide an immediate solution to the maximum number of queries received and respond to all queries in time to meet our service agreement.
l To ensure the customer is satisfied with a solution before agreeing to close the support incident as cleared and resolved.
