- Instructor – release instructions by making decisions
指示者 - 通过做决定下达指示
- Follow – follow up the issues that could be “forgot” by your subordinates
跟踪者 - 跟踪那些可能会被你手下“忘记”的问题
- Trainer – a leader must be a trainer
培训师 - 一个领导者首先必须是个培训师
- Educator – education is mainly talking about leader’s knowledge applying to organization
教育者 - 一个领导者如何把自己的知识运用于组织
- Reminder – somehow like “follow” but mainly referring preventing potential risks/issues from happening
提醒者 - 主要是指领导者如何预见、预防风险与问题的发生
