陈老师，我可以就你对财务的评价谈一下自己的看法吗？你所说的财务是财务会计，这是传统意义上的财务，上个世纪初西方就产生了管理会计，管理会计的重心就是研究流程和效益的，它不受会计准则和财务制度的约束，它的指导思想和ERP的设计理念是完全吻合的。管理会计在我们国家刚刚兴起，还有很长一段路要走。ERP对管理会计来说简直是如获至宝。我接触ERP的时间不长，非常感兴趣，在这里能看到陈老师的全部文章吗？

Could you tell me how to strike a balance between a mainstream ERP/SCM system, which is, in a sense, the integrated platform of standard business processes in an industry and the customized needs of a specific company that is going to or has implemented such a mainstream ERP/SCM system?
